Implementation Fee
Upon executing a Medicare Crossover Clearinghouse service agreement, a one-time implementation fee is charged to develop and customize deliverables to meet your specific business requirements. The fee covers programming, standard connectivity options and business-to-business transaction testing.
Transfer Fees
A per claim transfer fee is charged for each claim transmitted by our clearinghouse based on your average daily claim volume during a billing period, with associated volume discounts. We also pay your Part A and/or Part B Medicare service fees mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) – allowing you to manage costs associated with this process with one invoice from us.
